What it is
Pentadeca Arginate (PDA) is a newer, more stable cousin of BPC-157 for tissue repair.
Best for: healing, inflammation, and recovery, like BPC
Edge: more stable, so it may last longer
Evidence: early, human data is still limited
How it works
It supports healing much like BPC-157, with added stability.
Encourages new blood-vessel growth to injured tissue
Supports repair signaling and lowers inflammation
Built to resist breakdown better than BPC-157
Dosing and mixing
Reference tiers only. Track the dose you are already taking.
Low
250 mcg/day
FOR Maintenance or easing in
BENEFIT Often picked as the lower-exposure tier in recovery discussions
Standard
500 mcg/day
FOR The everyday recovery dose
BENEFIT The daily tier most often cited in soft-tissue discussions
High
500 mcg twice daily
FOR Active injury, short term
BENEFIT A higher-exposure tier discussed for short-term active injuries
Schedule: Daily for 4 to 8 weeks, then reassess.
Beginner ramp: Start low for a few days, then settle at your dose.
Mixing (reconstitution)
BAC water is bacteriostatic water, the sterile water you mix in.
A 10 mg vial with 2 mL BAC water is a common starting point.

How to take it
Inject under the skin once a day, near the area if injured.
Local injury: inject close to the sore spot
General recovery: any subcutaneous site
Refrigerate the mixed vial between doses
What to expect
Week 1
Subtle, the body is just starting to respond.
Weeks 2 to 4
Less pain and stiffness, repair picks up.
Weeks 4 to 8
Main window for meaningful improvement.
Keep in mind
Newer than BPC-157, so treat results as promising, not proven.
Side effects
Commonly reported
Generally well tolerated
Occasional injection-site irritation
See a clinician if
Signs of an allergic reaction
Storage
Keep it cold, before and after mixing.
Powder: refrigerate
After mixing: fridge, use within about 4 weeks
Do not freeze, keep out of light
Common stacks
PDA + TB-500: people pair these when researching more than one recovery pathway
PDA + BPC-157: people combine or alternate these when comparing BPC-style recovery research
