Who we are

This policy covers dosevault.app, operated by DoseVault LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Questions: support@dosevault.app.

What we collect

Your email address, when you join the newsletter or buy something.
Order records: what you bought, when, and the amount. Our payment processor, Stripe, handles the card itself. We never see or store your card number.
Access code records: each issued code is stored only as a one way hash, never as the code itself.

That is the whole list. This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third party pixels, and it sets no tracking cookies.

What we use it for

Sending the newsletter, which you can leave at any time from any issue.
Delivering what you bought: the order email, your access code, and arranging your included sessions.
Answering you when you write to us.
Meeting our legal and accounting duties as a business.

Who handles it

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own page, under Stripe's own privacy terms. Order emails are sent through our email delivery provider. Beyond that, your information goes to nobody, and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then removed.

Your choices

Write to support@dosevault.app at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Deleting an order record does not delete the accounting entry the law requires us to keep, and we will always say plainly what was and was not removed.

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date.
