Who we are

DoseVault is operated by DoseVault LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. You can reach us at any time at support@dosevault.app. This site is dosevault.app, and that name is what appears on your card statement: DOSEVAULT.APP.

What we sell

DoseVault LLC sells digital educational products and online coaching sessions only. That means written guides, the guide library, the newsletter, and the Long Game Coaching Program in its six tiers. Everything is delivered online: by email, by access code, and by video call for scheduled sessions. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, and no regulated products of any kind are offered.

What our content is, and what it is not

Everything we publish and every session we run is general educational material, published for learning purposes. It is not advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional about your own circumstances. We make no promises about outcomes of any kind.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars before you pay.
Every charge is a one time charge. We sell no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's own page. Your card details never touch this site.
Your card statement reads DOSEVAULT.APP.
After payment, your access code arrives by email. That code is the only copy we send, so keep the email.

Sessions

Coaching tiers include scheduled sessions, held by video call. After you order, we write to your checkout email address within two working days to arrange them. If you cannot make a booked time, tell us and we will move it once at no charge.

Returns

Every purchase carries a 30 day full money back undertaking, described on the returns policy page. That page is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Access codes and purchased material are for you personally. Do not resell, republish, or redistribute them. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The guides, the program material, and this site are the property of DoseVault LLC. Buying a product gives you a personal, non transferable license to read and use the material. It does not transfer ownership.

Limits on liability

The site and the products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If we change them, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date, and the version in force when you ordered applies to that order.
